Let Me Help You COLOUR Your World.

In-person and Online Transformational Coaching for Individuals and Groups.

What I Do

I help clients to improve self-awareness, create an empowering self concept, unleash inner creativity, determine life’s purpose, increase earning potential, maximize the use of time, enhance one’s quality of life, manage stress and live life from a picturesque perspective.

I Coach.

I conduct individuals and group coaching sessions for all cadre of clients from children to CEOs.  In my sessions we use art as the tool, engaging both the left and the right brain.  Clients are usually engaged in lively discussions, they complete practical exercises, and create a piece of art that represents the transformational process that has began. The art is then used as a visual tool to help them embrace their new lives,   I don’t just  talk about change, I let my clients create it! Sessions are practical and empowering.

I Speak.

Using my personal story of growing up in the ghettos of Kingston, Jamaica to beating the odds and emerge as a successful ICT professional, author and international artist. My inspirational talks highlights the stories of poverty, struggles, pain, passion and perseverance.  How I coloured outside the lines, challenge the status quo and excelled despite socio and economical challenges.  The story is told through stages of a painting, which demonstrate how you too can put your life on canvas and change your outcome.

I Write.

Life on Canvas, The Art of Painting Your Life Beautifully, is the first book that I have published. This text tells some compelling stories of my life, paints the picture of change and persistence and is an inspirational piece of literature that is intriguing and fulfilling to the soul. From this text came three customized workbooks that were written to support my coaching and tranformational sessions.  And a therapeutic colouring journal, that was designed to soothe the soul and help teens cope with domestic violence.

My Story

Shawn Ashman is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona where she earned an MSc in Management Information Systems. She is also a graduate of Viterbo University in the US where she earned a Bachelors of Business Administration. She holds a Certificate from the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts.

On weekdays from 9-5 she is the Director of ICT at Court Management Services. Outside of that Shawn is an artist, author, motivational speaker and national mentor. Her work has been featured at the Nova Southeastern University’s gallery during Black History Month and at Jamaica’s local airport.

Ashman has developed a passion for “Upcycled Art” where she recycles items to create unique pieces. She believes very much in people upcycling their lives as well. This has motivated her to publish her book ‘Life on Canvas’ which empowers people to create their life’s outcomes. The book is set against the background of Shawn’s upbrining in a Jamaican inner city and her subsequent rise to international and local recognition.
She conducts corporate workshops for companies such as Sagicor, VMBS and UWI in the areas of Stress Management, Time Management and Goal setting. Each of these sessions is fueled by content from Shawn’s own books which she has authored on the various topics.

Shawn also conducts art sessions dubbed: “Paint with Merlot,” where she teaches short art classes allowing the participants to paint on wine bottles, canvas or tote bags, while sipping on a glass of wine.  She also offers creative workshops, classes and sessions which motivate others using art and creativity as a platform.

Art is truly her passion and she brands her art as “Creativity Unimagined”. She hopes to send positive, inspirational and motivating messages worldwide through her work.

Let me help you overshoot your goals in the right ways.
